At Art By Steph Christie, we take pride in delivering your artwork to you in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Our shipping methods are carefully chosen to ensure the safety of your purchase while keeping the costs affordable for you. We use secure packaging to protect your artwork during transit, and our shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping service to build trust and loyalty with our customers.

Terms & Conditions
Acceptance
Please read carefully, you do not need to sign any document for these terms and conditions to apply.
Payment of your deposit is taken as accepting these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date given.

Deposit
For orders over £40 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the start of the commissions if this is not paid within 14 days your slot will go to the next person in line.
The remaining 50% of the total invoice must be paid on completion of the portrait before i mail it out.
If for some unforeseen reason the artist has to cancel your portrait your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you yourself cancel the portrait once the artist has already made a start, you forfeit your deposit/balance refund.

Reproduction & Copyright
All copyright, media use and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.
The artist reserves the right to share the portrait on social media and on any website.
If the client wishes to reproduce the artwork in any way, this must be arranged through the artist.

Artwork Progress
Once work commences the artist will send progress photos. At this stage minor alterations can be made.
Once complete the artist will send a final proof,
at this stage only very minor alterations can be made.
